For us who prefers to use a juicer, we can just juice all of these ingredients and ready to serve once it’s done. Or, for those who prefers to use a blender, we need to add 1 cup of chilled water along with these ingredients, and we can add some ice as much as we like. Once it is smooth, then the healthy green detox smoothie is ready to drink.
